Jul. 19, 1954 - R.S.P.C.A.Continue Attempts to release Sally the Seal - from her Motor Tyre Collar: Officials of the Royal society for the prevention of Cruelty to animals are today making their seventh attempt to release Sally the seal - which has a motor Tyre collar caught around her vneck - and which impedes her driving for fish.
