1955 - Elephant tests mattress: A Nurnberg firm for furniture had a funny idea to demonstrate elasticity of their mattress. From a circus which at present is in Nurnberg they took an elephant with 75 Zentner (3 750 kilograms) and he had to make his show on the mattress
