Mar. 03, 1957 - Boxer-Babies born in Lion cage: Negus, a 15 month old lion, a present of Emporer Haile Selassie to Circus Hagenbeck was very long some and became almost sick. The manager put a boxer in his cage and both were very happy. In these days the boxer had 5 young puppies and the manager was afraid that Negus would kill the babies, but on the contrary he likes the puppies very much and plays with him the whole day. Photo shows Negus the 15 month old Lion with the little Boxer-Babies at Circus Hagenbaeck at Augsburg/Germany
