Animals - Aquariums - Archeology - Insects - Fossils - Zoos

Feb. 25 The Cattle are brought down from the Apline Pastures.: in the coming weeks everywhere in the Alps the cattle will be brought down from the Alpine pastures to the valleys for the winter. This young drover is about to climb up to the pasture with a heavy load on his back: big cow-bells which are part of the splendid outfit of the cattle which they wear when they are brought down. They also wear crowns made of colorful flowers. But the cattle will only be decorated when there was no accident at the pasture and all the cattle return home again
