Feb. 25 A world beater. A bit of a flutter was caused in the acing pigeon world recently when Scout was sold for a record price of, 500. Scout was bought from a French breeder by pirgeon fancier, Stanley Biss, of Brundall, near Norwich, and is a champion bred from champions. At the age of six he is said to fly faster and more accurately than any pigeon in the world, which is why scout has been retired from the racing circuits and is now spending his time producing more super birds. photo shows Scout, on left, ingited a bird home at Brundall, near Norwich
