Feb. 29 The Owl and the Pussy cat becomes a fact.: There are no pea green boats down Camberley way but that doesn't stop a real life friendship between an Owl and a Pussy cat. They both live with the Dean family at Portesbery Road, Camberley. George the owl arrived last June, when Michael Dean found him in a nearby wood. He was not more than a week old. the family wondered how George would get on with Rin-tin-tin the Ginger puss. but they needn't worried, the pair are good friends, perhaps its their mutual love of mice. Every day Rin-tin-tin goes out and catches a field mouse which he brings back for George. In the winter it often takes him longer find the mice. George likes company and spends most of the time in the Dean's living room where he plays like a kitten, but he hasn't got the daintiness of a feline, for he knocks things over specially when he suddenly decides to flap his wings
