Mar. 31 A hippo in the house : Most women will put up with their children bringing home strange faces and assorted play friends, but when your two year-old daughter brings home a baby hippo, things can become hectic. It happened to Mary Chipper field (of the famous circus family) and her husband Roger Cawley who manage the animal section of Long last. Their daughter, Suzenne introduced into their home. First, the little hippo got into the kitchen cupboards, then decide to take a quick map on the loungroom floor, before gathering strength to play with her new found friend. Mary Chipper field Cawley doesn't appear too alarmed at the sight of Esme, the baby hippo sitting on her kitchen floor
