Animals - Aquariums - Archeology - Insects - Fossils - Zoos

Mar. 27 In normal circumstances any dog which gets within pecking range of swan is asking for trouble. But Pavlova the swan and Pasha the Alsatian have been friends since both were very young. Pavlova, as a tiny cygnet, was found by an R.S.P.C.A. inspector floundering in the water, She had apparently fallen off her mother's back, and had been abandoned. He took her to a bir-0care expert, Brenda Marsaulyt, who at her home in Budleigh Road, Exmouth, Devon, looks after 150 rescued, injured, or abandoned birds. At that time Pasha was only a pup. Swan and Pup grew up together - and now they stroll round the garden together
