Mar. 02 Cruelty To A Swan At A Bavarian Lake: These pictures of an amateur animal- photographer uncovered an outrageous cruelty to a swan, which is under nature protection in Bavaria. At six o'clock in the morning recently, when the photographer was trying to make some birds pictures, suddenly a shot was heard near the lake Maisinger, where many birds have their breeding-place. All the birds flew up except one swan, which tried to get sway from the lakeside swimming, it had obviously been shot in it's left wing. Then a dog jumped into the water and swan onto the swan, killing it by biting it through the neck, then pulling it to the lakeside. There the poacher took it and threw the corpse sway into the rushes. The police is still searching for the poacher. Photo shows the dog pulling the corpse of the swan onto land
