Cat Who Was A Stray Now Goes To Germany: Poo Poo was once a stray cat that wandered the street Carlisle until he was adopted by Capt. Thomas Woodhouse, at Long town Army Camp, near Carlisle. Now, the cat's new owner found that he had been transferred to Dusseldorf, Germany, and instead of returning his family's pet to the streets where he came from, decoded to have Poo Poo to Germans.
