A World Beater. A bit of a flutter was caused in the racing pigeon world recently when Scout was sold for a record price of3, 500. Scout was bought from a French breeder by pigeon fancier, Stanley Biss, of Brundall, near Norwich, and is a champion bred from champions. At the age of six he is said to fly faster and more accurately than any pigeon in the world, which is why Scout has been retired from the racing circuit and is now spending his time producing more super birds.
