Mar. 31 Nice as pigeon pie. A dog can't call her basket her own these days, can't even have a snack without that pigeon inviting himself to dinner; It's a trying time for Sally the dog, but she is doing her best to make the orphaned pigeon, Peter, feel at home. and keep her cool, while Peter kicks her out of her basket. Peter the pigeon was found in the loft by 9 year old Diana, 3 weeks ago, he was huddled up to his dead mother and he is fully fledged and in fine spirits... Just a bot too perky for Sally's liking. Peter and Sally and their mistress Diana live at Chilham Castle in Kent. Peter pigeon uses a little gentle encouragement, to induce Sally to a make a little room in the basket for a pigeon
