Apr. 16 Alan meets Rosie: Certainly Young Alan Clews isnt going to be allowed to grow up with any fear of animals And thats not a bad thing, as he lives with his family at Southam Park Zoo in Warwickshire. Zoo baby Alan's parents, Graham and Jenny Clews help with the running of the family concern zoo. Alan, whos ten weeks old has just had his introduction to Rosie, a five year old chimpanzee whos favourite of the Clews family and Rosie clearly enjoyed the encounter. Talking about her new grandson, Alan's grandmother said Jenny and Graham decided that Alan should meet some of the animals as early as possible, so he wouldn't grow up with any fears about them. And do you know, before she was three months old. Alan's sister Trapey had been licked by a lion and bottle fed by a chimp. Ah well, there's nothing like starting em young we suppose
