Mar. 02 She takes a ride - on a Rhino: Wild Animal farm on the Equator: Whenever film companies want wild animals for screen sets in Africa - they call on Carr Hartley a well known Catch em alive hunter who has a wild animal farm - about two hundred miles from Nairobi, Kenya. The farm is at Rimurut on the Equator - and in fenced off compounds he keeps rhinos; hippos; giraffes; lions; etc. and many kinds of birds - many of the animals being rare species. Carr Hartley has a way with animals - and usually after a day of two in the compounds he can persuade the wild beasts to be fairly docile. He sends his animals to all parts of the world.
