Mar. 02 Festival Garden ponies saved from the slaughterers leave London for their new home Mickie and Dollie, the two ponies who gave rides to hundreds of children at the Festival Gardens, were saved from the slaughterers by Our Dumb Friends League, have now been found a new home. Every morning since the ponies have been at the animal hospital at Victoria, four little Londoners have arrived aeach morning to feed them. This morning the children went there to say goodbye to the ponies before they left for their new home in Horsham, where they will be looked after by David and Pauline Clouting, on their father farm.
