Apr. 17 African Chiffs Visit London Jungle': Five chiefs from the British African colony of Tanganyika are in Britain at the request of their government to study British methods of local government, social services and agricultural developments. Photo shows The five chiefs take time out to visit the London Zoo and Dumbo, the zoo's most popular elephant, puts on his best show for them. To make them feel at home he sat right down beside them.
