Mar. 31 Nice as Pigeon pie.: A dog can't call her basket her own these days, cant even have a snack without that pigeon inviting himself to dinner. Its a trying time for Sally the dog, but she is doing her best to make the orphaned pigeon, Peter, feel at home, keep her cool, while Peter kicks her out of her basket. Peter the pigeon was found in the loft by 9 year old Dianna, 3 weeks ago, he was huddled up to his dead mother and was still in his down. Now after being hand reared by Diana he is full fledged and in fine spirits. Just a bit too perky for Sally's liking. Peter and Sally and their mistress Diana live at Chilham Castle in Kent
