It Otterly unbelievable! While most children are brought up with conventional pets such as cats and dogs, little Timmy Allen is starting life with the companionship of an otter called Otto. The family pet, kept by Jeanette Allen, Timothy mother at her home at Silver Springs (Florida) enjoys playing around the child, especially at feeding times when it too likes to tuck into a baby bottle full of milk. The otter greatest delight is when his 1-year old human playmate goes into the water. This is when Otto is in his element.
