Apr. 18 Throng to the seal breeding-station in Busum: Each year a lot of helpless seal-babies are found in the shallows of the Nordsee and are brought to the breeding-station of Busum. This year the number of the howlers is especially large, may be, caused by the weather. In the breeding-station most of the weak, little seal-babies manage to survive - thanks to kind-hearted care of their ersatz-mothers'.In autumn, when they are strong enough, the seals are released into liberty. UBz: Tourists are visitors of the seal breeding station of Busum.Their entrance-fee helps to cover the costs of the seal's breeding up, which are relatively high
