Nov. 19, 1963 - There once was a happy family of elephants at the Budapest Zoo in Hungary: father (Sultan), mother (Jambi), and their daughter Quimba. When Quimba turned 3 she was sold to Zoo de la Haye and her mother died suddenly. Everyone thinks Jambi died of sadness after her daughter was taken away from her, but the researchers will not admit this fact. Thankfully, Quimba now lives with her father again, who has a very bad temper. The zoo even had to put a sign up warning the visitors that he is dangerous
