He has saved more than 4, 000 from destruction. very fond of dogs - is Mr. Bernard Cuff who threw up his, 000 a year directorship of an electronics firm and arsed his savings on his nine acre farm Pine Ridge Farm, Mr. Ascet. He started collecting unwanted dogs in 1958 when Slough Council began impounding dogs- and he now has up to 160 of them all over the farm and the house Mr.Cuff found homes for just over 1, 000 stray dogs last year - and his only financial reward has been donations from people who take dogs from him as a pet. Up to new Mr. Cuff has saved more than 4, 000 dogs from destruction but he says he i now in debt and he has had to take a second mortgage on his property to enable him to carry on.
