Mar. 03, 1964 - Farewell To The 2/6-A-Week Hired Killer 16-year-old Peter, who served the Home Office in the capacity of Chief Mouse Catcher since he joined the Whitehall diplomatic staff as a kiitten, received a weekly allowance of 2/64 for food, was buried at a solemn funeral at the Pet's Cemetery of the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals at Ilford today.
