Mar. 03, 1965 - Goldie the fly-away eagle strikes again swoops on another duck in regent's park: Goldie the Golden Eagle which escaped from the London Zoo on Feb. 28th - and so far has managed to elude his captors, struck again in Regent's Park today. He dropped like a stone from his tree-top perch above the park's duckpond and landed on the back of w white Shnow goose. It dragged the bird up on the back of the Santuary - and at the vital momenta shout went up from the crowd. Goldie released his prey and flew back to his tree-top perch. Photo shows Goldie sits on his perch in the tree over the duckpond keeping his eagle-eye on the ducks swimming around below
