Tiyak And Tineak - At Whipsnade: Making their first public appearance at Whipsnade Zoo today were the twin female polar bear cubs born to Nanook and Maya twelve weeks ago. The babies have been named Tiyak (She Bear) and Tineak (Little one who walks to the sea). Photo shows Mother Maya puts a protective paw around one of her twin babies - while the other is about to go for a stroll - at Whipsnade this morning
