Sep. 09, 1960 - Sheepdog Rescued After Eight Days In Pit Shaft.: The six-year old sheepdog, Jock, who was rescued on Saturday after being trapped for eight days 120 feet down a mineshaft at Glyneorrwg, Wales, went back to Tyn-y-Pant Farm, Glyneorrwg yesterday, with his master, farmer Mr. Trevor Davies.
