The children were being given a holiday lecture at the Royal Commonwealth Society in London, given by Mr. Mahir. The children were told that last year, the Metropolitan Police Force's 183 dogs helped to arrest 3, 015 criminals, and also found 35 missing people including children and old people who collapsed in the snow last winter.
