Jan. 01, 1964 - ung Italians Capture and Eagle.: 20 year old Italo Andreolli and his cousin Paolo Tarolli, 20, were driving in their car near the foot of Monte Melino near Casyello Condini in Itally, when they saw a strange sight in a chicken run. Dozens od hen were lying dead on the ground, while a huge eagle was attempting to fly away after the massacre, but it had gorged itself so much that it was too heavy to fly. Paolo tried to catch it, but the eagle launched a furious attack of pecks on him, splitting his head open, then cousin Italo arrived on the scene just in time they manage to catch the eagle. Now they have built a large cage for the eagle at Castello Condini. Photo shows the two cousins with their prisoner
