Aug. 08, 1966 - The Penguin Who Can't Swim: Peter, the four-months old Penguin in a bit of a problem child - at the Children's Zoo, Nelle Vus, Manchester. The fact is that Peter, not only cannot swim - but he dislikes water. To abolimitise their four-months old problem child to the watery way, Zoo officials yesterday cast him afloat in a plastic dinghy, which Peter doesn't seem to mind at all
