Jan. 19, 1968 - Making Them Feel At Home: The lions in the picture belong to Mrs. Helena Farrar, whose husband runs Colchester zoo, Essex. Mrs Farrar, is fond of lions, When Chinky, now six months and Big Boy, eight months, were born, she kept them in her home, because it was chilly outside, and gave them an armchair to sit in. Now the lions are getting bigger they have been put, with the armchair, in a den built into the house. Chinky sits in it much of the day, looking at Big Boy on the floor, and no doubt wondering why a good - hearted woman like Mrs. Farrar doesn't provide her lions with two armchairs
