The rutting-season begins and the powerful animals start fighting for the predominance in the quarter and also for the favour of the ladies'. Picture was taken in the Odenwald (a forest in Heese/Germany) while a tense fog still covered the scenery. But this solitude won't last long - soon the woods will come to life and the lonely caller will get company
