Nov. 11, 1969 - Aboriginal Boy Star In London For Thames TV New Colour Series Woobinda - Animal Doctor': Today, Bindi Williams, a 17-year-old Aboriginal boy actor, flew into London to see the first transmission in colour of a new Australian series Woobinda - Animal Doctor, in which he has starring role, and which will be screened by Thames Television tomorrow, Nov.17th.Bindo has been acting since the age of nine, and comes from talented family. His father, Harry Williams, is a fine musician and has his own band. There are ten children their family and they live in a suburb of Sydney.
