Jul. 07, 1970 - Shire Horse Off On 400-Mile Summer Holiday: After a busy year on his thirst-quenching delivery rounds of Wandsworth public houses, Saxon, a shire horse owned by Young's brewery, set off yesterday on his 400-mile summer holiday along the by-ways of southern England. Leading him is Miss Georgia Ray, 24, as art teacher, of Beazley End, Essex, who spent two years restoring the 120-year-gipsy caravan she found in a field, and whose efforts earned her the one-horse-power lean.
