Dec. 12, 1969 - The orang-outang twine: That were born in the Munich Zoo Hellabrunn on February 18th, 1969, have hitherto been nursed in the Schwabing hospital where they had been transported immediately after their birth, in the meantime an especially equipped nursery was built in the zoo Hellabrunn so that the little monkeys, a male and a female, could now remove to their home. Temperature and atmospheric moisture in this nursing room can be regulated by an air-conditioning installed. Atmospheric humidity can be increased to beau. if necessary. And there is built in an station has been secured by installing a determination lamp. As there is no sun in this room, ultraviolet irradiation has been arranged.
