Aug. 08, 1972 - Rhinos Who Beat the Dock Strike on Show at Windsor Safari Park: London Dockers were yesterday allowed to break the strike in order o unload a consignment of 15 rare rhinoceros from South Africa, destined for British Zoos and the Winsdor Safari Park, which had been caught up in the queue of 160 strikebound ships. Today, five large and two baby rhinos were released at Windsor Safari Park and shown to the public. Picture Shows: Yasmin Smart, 18-year-old daughter of David Smart, seated on the back of Mary Poppins, a young rhino after she had been released from her crate at Windsor Safari Park today.
