Sep. 02, 1971 - Square art Launch Party.: There was a children's tea party at the Inn on the Park Hotel, Park Lane, today, to launch a new learn-to-draw toy called Square Art, based on the squaring up principle used by artists to transfer a sketch on to canvas. Square Art subjects to draw range from farm and zoo animals to cars, trains and Walt Disney characters. Two 4-year old chimpanzees, Rosie and Bugsy, demonstrated Square Art, helped by the children, Guests at the party were journalists, and their children, and children of artists. Photo shows Rosie the four-year old chimp, demonstrates the new toy to 3-year-old Zara Morris, of Chelsea, daughter of artist Adrian Morris, at today's party
