Christopher Whapham 32, whose companion took such a liking to the law that it refused to leave Bow police station where it was in custody. Nor would the hen Kestrel fly away from Sgt. Whapham?s home yesterday he drove it to a sanctuary at Wheathamstead where he managed to give it the bird. AM/Keystone
