Feb. 02, 1974 - A St Bernard is Supreme Champion at Cruft's: A st Bernard dog was chosen supreme champion at Cruft's dog show, at Olympia on Saturday, for the first time in the Show's 78-year History. The winner, Burtons wood Bossy Boots, age 2.5, is owned by Miss Marjorie Hindes, of yardley Gobion, Northants, a retired nurse who breeds St. Bernards as a hobby. Miss Hindes said: I named him Bossy Boots because he was the top dog of the litter and was always bossing the other pups.
