May 05, 1975 - Mobile home for Thrushes. : The latest thing in mobile homes - two thrushes have set up home under the bonnet of a Ford Transit van at the SWEB transport depot. Woodlands trading estate, Torquay, Devon. The nest is perched on the engine block, and was found after the van had been left for few days in the yard for repairs. Workers at the depot are determined that the van will not be moved until the birds have flown
