Dec. 12, 1975 - Baby black rhinoborn at the London Zoo makes its debut today: Noelle a baby black Rhino born at the London Zoo who on view to the public for the first time today. June the mother who came to the zoo in 1966 gave birth to Noelle on the 27th of last month, and this is her third baby. Noelle weighed 40 lbs when he was born and now weighs 50 lbs. The father is Bwana Mkubwa (big master) and comes from Whipsnade Zoo. Photo shows Noelle the baby black Rhino keeps close to its mother June when it made its first public appearance at the London Zoo today
