Feb. 02, 1976 - An uncommon Domestic pet.: Veterinary Dr. Wulf Hansen and his wife Eva have an uncommon domestic pet in their home in Suderstapel ( Nothern Germany). It is Klappi, a 3 year old stork, which has become part of the family since he had fallen out of his nest as a baby and taken to the practice of Dr. Hansen. The couple, who have no children, thought that Klappi would one day leave their home and join other storks on the long journey to the South, but Klappi has other ideas he finds he is quit comfortable in the home of the Hansen's. Photo shows Klappi the stork joins Dr. and Mrs. Eva Hansen in the comforts of their home in Suderstapel ( Northern Germany)
