Sep. 09, 1976 - The Lucky Puppy Who was Almost Taken Away as Refuse - Dusty, a 12-week-old type of Collie, Certainly Became a lucky dog when refuse collections in Chelsea, London, were about to tip a container into their automatic crusher. It Needed only a little whimper from Dusty, the nickname given by the staff at the Dog's Home, Battersea, for an alert workman to retrieve her just in time. Although Dusty's owner was traced, she apparently no longer wants to keep her - Photo Shows:- Little Dusty Pictured Yesterday None the worst for her ordeal
