He has just had his life story published and today he was present to sign copies cxalled Arthur - The Television Cat, published by W.H. Allen, and written by John Montgomery, Arthur who become famous because her uses his paw to scoop up cat-food from a tin, has made store than 30 TV Films, and there T-Shirts and towels with his picture on them. In 1968 he caused a sensation when he was kidnapped.
