Jan. 01, 1978 - Valuable Archeological finds at Obuda: A valuable archeological find consisting of large-sized slabs fitted together was excavated in the yard of the former Torok Laboratory in the Becsi street in Obuda district during the laying down of foundations of an office block early January. A rescue excavation started here as a result of cramped together and located in nortwest-south-eastern direction two further graves deriving from the Roman ages and situated 100 centimeters deeper than the former ones were found. Wall remains built with a special technology join the two ends of the structure, that seems to be a double stone grave. The roof thereof was covered with slabs and after lifting them merely fragments of rock carefully them merely fragments of rock carefully laid down were found in both caves. Some remains of horse bones and bronze refuse were also found there. It is inferred that the double grave cramped together cannot be of Romain origin at all but it is a find from a later period
