Jan. 01, 1974 - Tiger's relationship: Jaunty, 4-months-old tiger cub Minka at right is a native of Munich's zoo Hellabrunn. Right after birth she had to be bottle-fed and therefore Mr. Wunschmann, head of the Munich zoo, and his family took care of her for these past four months. Now, however, it seems to be time for Minka to get acquainted better with her own species and for this reason a companio, 6-months-old Podlawaka, arrived from Stuttgart's zoo Wilhelma. Podlawaka, by the way is also a foster child and was brought up by Stuttgart's veterinarian Dr. Reichel. Will the two experimental tigers get along with each other? Most likely, for they have made the same experiences. Minka at least approaches her play-fellow in a somewhat wanton style whereas the latter seems to be a more reluctant type in corresponding
