Jul. 07, 1978 - Why did the geese cross the road?: Motorists are used to all sorts on the roads but who would expect to see a flock of geese crossing a busy main road. They had escaped from a Staines farm and headed for where the grass looked a lot greener, on a nearby roundabout in London Road but they soon found the grass was just grass and turned tails and marched their way back
