It is Jango, an 18-month-old Bouvier de Flandres more commonly shortened to just Bouvier and originates in Belgium. The dog owned by the Metropolitan Police, and he and his handler PO Edgar Dyson have just completed their basic training course at the dog training school in Keston, Kent. So today they were out on their beat in Fulham. When Jango is fully grown he will stand around 30 inches tall and weigh around 160 lbs. The breed has a black long curly coat and soft ears and is described as a heavy, muscular dog and originally they were used for cattle herding and used to keep cattle grouped by shoulder barging those who strayed out of line.
