1986 - Fishes with four eyes. were born in these days on the Zoo in Basle, Switzerland. The strange species has got two eyes to watch the air and two to see what's going on under water. In fact there are two eyes only, but they are divided in two halves by a connective tissue. So the fish, whose raise is very difficult, is always swimming on top of the water, as in our picture
