United Sates was blind American students 22 year old Jeffery Davis Duty - and his guide dog Binney'. Jeffery is here to take up a 00 Law Scholarship at London University. Jeffery was escorted on his 5, 000 mile Journey from Arkansas by Binney - but the British quarantine regulations make it necessary for the guide dog to go into quarantine for six months.
