Mar. 03, 1981 - Pandas In a Playful Mood: While Zoologists in the USA expectantly watch the Progress of the British and American Pandas who have been united in Washington in the hope that they will mate, these young pandas in Berlin Zoo have been celebrating the arrival of spring in a playful mood. Bao-Bao and Tien -Tien, presented to Chancellor Schmidt by Chinese leader Hua Guofeng last year, are only two years old and have been enjoying the fine Weather, playing and romping in their open-air pen to the Delight of visitors.
