Anne Crawford Goes Behind the Bar: Lady Audley's Secret - the first presentation by the new owners of the Bedford Theatre, Camden Town (Pat Nye and John Penrose) transferred to the Princess Theatre, this morning - by stage coach. The party stopped on the way for refreshment at the ancient Inn ye Whyte Hart, Drum Lane - which claims to have the oldest licence in London - dated 1216.
